Air Conditioning Woes

This has been a hot summer.  I can’t honestly say we knew that Journey‘s  A/C was working properly when we left Forest City.  When we test drove her she did.  By the time we left Forest City in November (2011) the temps were quite a bit lower and I don’t know if we used the A/C at that time.  This year we have been quite hot and the A/C that cools the cockpit doesn’t seem to be working at all.  The Heat Pump portion of the heating/cooling works just fine — it’s just the vents in the dashboard that aren’t cooling.

While we were at Blackhawk Park (Corps of Engineers), DeSoto, WI we made an appointment at River States Truck and Trailer (a Freightliner Custom Chassis dealer) to stop in on our way north to Highland Ridge campgrounds.

Two days in Onalaska got the system fixed up.  It was probably my fault for not checking when we took delivery, but it’s fixed now.
